Our human tendencies and the Holy Spirit are always warring against each other, (Galatians 5:17). Because of this, we end up doing the wrong which we do not really want to do. Paul, a stalwart in the New Testament, knew well how weak his body was.
It is sad that instead of a complete transformation taking place in the minds of many Christians, it more resembles a change from a human baby to an adult.
I will never like to lose my sight. The thought of going blind and having my independence, freedom and ability to go whenever and wherever I want taken away is mind-boggling.
As far as I am concerned, neglecting children is a crime and adults who are guilty should be penalised. We should never find themselves so busy that there is no time left to mentor these littles ones, spiritually, emotionally or mentally.
